Building Bridges projects

Building Bridges is a project designed to establish collaborative relationships between APIC’s infection preventionists and members of other stakeholder societies, associations, and research institutions. These collaborative efforts provide joint research, events, and education for healthcare providers and patients. Current initiatives include:

Clean Spaces, Healthy Patients: Leaders in Infection Prevention and Environmental Services working together for better patient outcomes -
A collaboration with the Association for the Healthcare Environment (AHE).

Infection Preventionists and the Lab -
A collaboration with the American Society for Microbiology (ASM).
