In March 2009, APIC began a new fundraising campaign for APIC
Research. Over the course of several months, donations from
chapters and individual members began pouring in. At the June 2009 APIC
Annual Conference in Fort Lauderdale, a large donor board was displayed
acknowledging the charitable giving of the various local APIC Chapters
from across the country.
