National Press Club Event

Thousands of Infection Prevention and Control Professionals (ICPs) throughout the country will now be able to "virtually attend" APIC’s Second Annual Commemoration of International Infection Prevention Week, (IIPW), thanks to both the generosity of Kimberly-Clark and modern technology.

Recognizing how much ICPs wish to be at the October 11th event, APIC and Kimberly-Clark have teamed up to provide ICPs with a live webcast from the National Press Club in Washington DC, from which they can hear well-deserved tributes to their work and accomplishments.

A special thanks to Kimberly-Clark for recognizing the critical role that ICP’s play in the prevention of HAIs and making it possible for us to bring these best practices to you.

Those of you who "virtually attend" will be able to hear from a number of renowned speakers, including:

Denise Murphy, RN, BSN, MPH, CIC
2007 APIC President
