APIC provided comments to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) on the Agency's proposed revisions to payment policies under the physician fee schedule. APIC's comments addressed the use of all-cause readmission as a group-level data measure, the use of composite measures for quality reporting, and the use of claims-based administrative data for HAI identification.
