Typically, the types of candidates APIC hires when an opening occurs include those with association experience and the knowledge and skills required to support our membership in the disciplines of education, government relations, membership, communications, accounting, etc. We do not hire clinical staff.
We actively recruit for qualified candidates by posting positions internally and on outside job boards, such as the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
